A statement from New Heights Wellness Center President Malissa Tracy
Today we are facing unprecedented circumstances. The common handshake is replaced with elbow bumps. Our schools are closed and children are home Meetings and sports are cancelled.. We are sanitizing our world, working from home, and the shelves of the grocery stores are bare. It can feel very unsettling, even scary with quarantine, and infection rates climbing daily. Make no mistake; the novel coronavirus is deadly serious.
We support our government leadership and their efforts to slow down the infection rate, so as not to overwhelm our medical systems. This is a time for each of us to be extra patient, helpful, supportive, generous, loving, and kind. As the infection rates continue to grow, more precautions come about in every attempt to maintain some essence of control.
At New Heights Wellness Center we have made the decision to close our office temporarily until the quarantine has been lifted. We would like to reassure you that this is only temporary until the quarantine has been lifted.
At this time many of our classes are being conducted LIVE STREAM online by video. If you have any questions about your therapy or our other classes, services or products please don't hesitate to call our office at (937) 233-1755. We will be monitoring the messages and returning phone calls as soon as possible.
We would also like to remind you of our core values of balancing body, mind and spirit.
If we are well, we must work holistically to preserve our health,
If we are not well, we must work holistically to completely heal,
If we do not work holistically, we may succeed in alleviating the symptoms of a problem,
But we will not be addressing its root cause,
If we do not work holistically, we may miss the connections and will probably fail to reach our potential for wellness and vitality.
This is a perfect time to balance your body’s needs for good nutrition, plenty of rest, hydration, proper exercise, balance your mind with calm, clear positive thought, meditation, focusing on spirit with love, joy, peace, kindness, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, patience and self control in our lives.
We truly care about each and every single one of you and know that we will be seeing you again soon…”For this too shall pass.
In loving good health and wellness,
Malissa Tracy, LMT
