STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation.   A traditional  Zumba® class is based on the integration of dance and dance-type movements, creating a high-cardio, total-body workout. Join Sherry Leone, and get Strong!

Zumba® is an exercise fitness program with Sherry Leone, that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

The PiYo® workout is an introductory/intermediate Beachbody  program with Janelle Avery.  It takes concepts from Pilates and yoga and blends them into a cardio and strengthening program for higher-energy workouts.
