Therapeutic massage- To address problem areas, pain or dysfunction with a specific outcome planned. Usually performed with a physician's referral, however not required.
Relaxation massage- To reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety and just relax. All massage is therapeutic with a systemic effect, however the intended outcome of this service is simply relaxation.
Sports massage- Focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation and peak performance. Usually consists of muscle specific work, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) myofascial release, AIS (active isolated stretching) and positional release.
Geriatric massage- This modality uses a special "Comfort Touch" technique especially designed for the elderly and infirm and is called for when bones are more fragile, skin is thinner and perhaps more patient assistance is needed (getting on table, undressing), however this service can be performed on a patient in bed or in a wheelchair and does not necessarily require patient to undress.
Pre/Post Natal massage- Aimed to reduce the physical discomforts of pregnancy and alleviate stress during and after pregnancy. Post natal massage is a very effective way to help with post natal depression and aches/pains of holding newborn baby as well as assist bodies natural process of returning to pre-pregnancy state. Physician's consent is recommended.

Handzenfeet massage- A service focused specifically on your hands and feet. Great for arthritic conditions or just tired feet. Never underestimate the power of massage on your hands! You still benefit from the effects of a full body! This is a great service when you are short on time.
Hot Stone Massage- This is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated basalt stones. The massage therapist places the hot stones on specific points on your body and may also hold the stones while giving the massage. The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.
